Solution :
I bypassed traditional job boards and launched a targeted headhunting campaign on LinkedIn and private sales networks. I implemented a 48-hour "Fast-Track" interview process: Initial screening, behavioral assessment, and final offer all happened within two days per candidate.

The market for high-ticket sales closers was highly competitive. Most agencies quoted a 3-month lead time for this volume.
